COVID STATEMENT

For client comfort and security, we have implemented the following rules to our clinic-These also include the current government guidelines to ensure and maintain a high level of cleanliness and to avoid any cross contamination:

-A pre covid questionnaire will be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment-Please fill this out and return as soon as possible. Should you be experiencing any of the symptoms listed on the pre-visit consultation please contact the clinic to rearrange your appointment.
-Appointments will be spaced out to allow for cleaning and to limit client contact. Please do not arrive early as you will need to remain outside until all clinical protocols are met.
-The clinic door maybe locked however your therapist will endeavour to meet you as close as possible to your appointment time.
-To try limit the amount of personnel belongings you bring with you to the appointment.
-On entry to the clinic your temperature will be taken and you will be asked to wear a mask and sanitise your hands-Please do not be offended. You will also be asked to scan the track & trace QR code.
-Your therapist will use disposable items where possible and PPE guidelines will be followed in line with current government legislation.
-Treatment rooms will be sanitised and disinfected prior to your appointment
-All areas of the clinic will be cleaned everyday.
-We have carried out a risk assessment on all treatments, and we are confident that we can continue to provide these safely.

Cancellations-If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of COVlD-19 please advise us as soon as possible and DO NOT COME TO THE SALON FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. We have amended our booking terms and conditions, and you will not be charged for any appointments which you miss due to COVID-19 related illness.
